why calculation status change of the main roll-up when adding an alternate entity hierarchy

We are on HFM 11.1.2.4.209.

Why the calculation status change in the main hierarchy for OK (Green) to CN (Yellow) for the top parent only when I add a new alternate structure that is outside of the main one?

No changes were made in the main structure.
