Have problem re-route on Acme

Dear All,

Customer calls fail with 404 Not Found, so acme reroute to another carrier and get 486 user busy. However the system still remembers and keeps sending the 1st clear code 404 instead of the 2nd one 486.

Customer --> Acme --> first route : 404 Not Found--> second route: 486 user busy, Acme send release cause to  customer: 404.
