last year salary rate in a fast formula

Hi ,

we have a requirement to calculate  pay value for a specific (earning ) based on last year rate.

we are using  seeded formula Hours_X_Rate_Multiplier_Recur , however, it always take the current rate to calculate the pay value.

could you please help us on what kind of changes we should apply to the fast formula to the last year rate.
