db version compatibility with Clusterware and ASM versions

Dear Experts,

Recently we have upgraded  grid version from 12.2 to 19c on Exadata Servers.

I'de like to know what would be max version of db what could be upgraded up to?

We want to upgrade rdbms to 19.8.

So, how can we found out if 19.8 is compatible  withe recently upgraded grid 19c  version?
