Email synchronizing Personal Data with User Profiles

Hi All: I have a question about synchronizing employee email addresses in User Profiles and Personal Data. Does anyone have a technical solution they can share?  Specifically I need to update the EMAILID field with the preferred email in PS_EMAIL_ADRRESSES that will be entered from the Employee Self Service Contact Details tile.  Also the update should be in real time; that is as the email is saved in the tile, PSOPRDEFN should be updated so email notifications can be sent.

I know that PeopleSoft does not offer this synchronization as a delivered process.  I also realize I’m asking for a technical solution in a community not focused on system enhancements; however, I am asking that, as an HCM and notification issue, that perhaps you know of someone who has addressed this problem. I am looking for direction, and not specific coding, to address this need, be it in record PeopleCode or using a Component Interface within an App Engine or an SQR or some other solution. All suggestions are very much appreciated.
