FA localization detail

HI

I am working on an upgrade project and wanted to confirm if localization is used by user or not. From global localization i am abel to get the function/program/report detail but not the names. Anything other than provided in DOC "

Mianly my focus is on getting report name and see if those are being used but documnet provided in gloalization center does not contain report name but report detail. As even if patch is installed not necessary if report is being used by user. Any suggestion where can i get more detail on each locatiozation.
