Unable to view the newly created Resource List

Hi All,

We successfully created the 'Resource List' but now unable to search/view the record. The data saved is appearing via query in SQLDEVELOPER but not able to see it on the 'Resource List' form.

Please guide, how to rectify the issue?

The EBS release is R12.2.4
