Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. We are upgrading hardware and OS ( different machine) which is hosting JDE worldsoft A9.4.

1.Do we need a new SPC or HPC for this I-series server? Documents(Doc ID 2059735.1) in oracle support website say we need not. Would like to confirm

2. Is there a hotline to contact during upgrade if something goes wrong?
