Connecting essbase with another Data Source with Oracle DB19c

Hi Friends,

I have a problem with Essbase. I am using 2 Essbase servers - one is 11.1.2.2 and another 11.1.2.4. I have created ODBC connections on both the servers to connect to Cash View servers which are hosted on DB19c. The ODBC connections are successful. When I test the connection, it pops out a message "Connection Successful".

However, when I retrieve the data from EAS administration server console, it fails.

Can you please help if I am missing on something? Many thanks in advance.
