Manage Damage items Inventory

We have a business requirement (retail business). We have some shirts 'A' that are not sold for long and have got some stains. We want to create another Item 'B' for the damage shirts. The requirement is to create a link b/w both items, when we issue item B, it should automatically reduce Qty of item A. How can we cater this in EBS.
