Genb not working for Incremental compilation

Hi Community,

It has been observed that since yesterday getting below error for genb script for Incremental compilations only and for full compilation  it is workifn fine.

Error Message : Couldn't enumerate applications (initial).

Siebel Version : IP15.13

Steps followed :

1. Incremental compilation of object

2. Replace the srf

3. Run genb command from server(genbscript /u01/app/siebel/ses/siebsrvr/bin/enu/siebel.cfg /u01/app/siebel/ses/siebsrvr/webmaster/enu)

4. Getting the error message (Couldn't enumerate applications (initial))

No issue observed for FullCompiled SRF and able to generate genb.

Kindly through some light on this issue resolution.

Note : It was perfectly working fine till 14th Sep2020 for Incremental compilations aswell.
