Demantra Desktop Application: default the Environment parameter (URL)

Hi,

does anybody know how I can default the "Environment" (URL) parameter in the login page for the Demantra Desktop Application?

I know that it defaults if you login first via Collaborator Workbench and use "Launch Local Application". But I'd like that users can just start the Demantra Desktop Application directly and don't have to enter the URL each time. Would like to know where this is stored and if we can pass the values somehow?
