Getting issue while creating the form personalization to restrict the customer LOV on sales order fo

Hi All,

Good Day,

Actually i have followed the steps which are mentioned in the oracle note(Doc ID 862066.1) ,

When i click on the customer LOV the list of values which are getting displayed is getting restricted but here the issue starts, if we select any particular customer from the LOV the customer field is not getting filled with the data , not only the customer field , all the remaining fields also are not getting populated on the sales order form. If we disable the personalization then everything works fine except the restriction of LOV.

Can anyone please help me one this, i will be really thankful to you if you could help me on this issue.
