Yum update - same packages on different dates.

We have 2 groups of Linux servers.  I will call them Development and Production.

When I patch Development using yum the packages will be updated to the latest version.

3-4 weeks later when I am patching Production, I want the same package versions that were applied to Development,  not the newest.

If it matters I am using ol6_UEKR4  and ol6_latest.

Is there a way to do this?

Also - what is the difference between ol6_latest and public_ol6_latest?
