Do Not Load Solaris 11.4 SRU 24 !

If running HSM and have the storage archive manager configured using tape I/O, do not upgrade to the Solaris 11.4 SRU 24.

Engineering recently found a bug in the st tape driver, in that specific Solaris 11.4 SRU 24 release.  It causes tape loading to fail and drives mounts to never complete or become ready.

NOTE: this bug is not found in the previous SRU 23 or below.
