Not able to pivot dimensions between POV Toolbar and grid within SmartView

Some users are experiencing issues with not being able to pivot dimensions between POV Toolbar and grid within SmartView.  Users tried to move a dimension from POV Toolbar to the grid within Excel but unable to.  However, when the users typed in a dimension within the grid, it enable the move of the dimension.  The smartView version is 20.100 (Build 230).

Also, users found that the POV shakes and disappeared when trying to log into SmartView.  However, it stopped when click adhoc again.

Please help!
