Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Do we have xmlparserv2_sans_jaxp_services.jar for 19c

I could not find the jar in https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/appdev/jdbc-ucp-19c-downloads.html

Could we use earlier 12cR2 versions of xmlparserv2_sans_jaxp_services.jar
