Department Budget Table Component Interface

Hi,

We are trying to update Department Budget Table with Excel to CI. We created a DEPT_BUDGET CI and we were able to update Earnings Distribution at the department level once. But in a subsequent test at the position level, the Excel to CI template shows Ok as successful data submission but DEPT_BUDGET_ERN is not updated. Has anyone successfully been using Excel to CI for updating the Department Budget Table? What other methods do you use?
