Server Pool settings and policy - Which recommendations?

Hi all,

Here am I again with a new doubt (closer to a question) about what to set on Server Pools.

Considering that my Server Pool has 2 servers, all running critical and non stop VMs, when thinking in high availability I haven't found a "best choice" for some settings.

While for "VM Start Policy" I may have an idea of what it is, I always let it as "Current Server" (as also let VM with "User Pool Policy"), but I don't know what is better or not.

The other and real questions are about server pool policy.

- What "Policy type"? Off, DRS or DRM? By reading the document I can understand the meaning, but not the real use.
