Is there any way find out when payable time was loaded by time admin for an employee

Time admin loaded negative payable time for current pay period for an employee and the dur is in prior periods  There were no changes made to the timesheet for prior periods..Is there any way find out when payable time was loaded by time admin for an employee. The time admin failed with table space error while updating payable;e time record and we restarted and it ran to success. I wonder if that would have caused that issue.
