Does SmartView inhibit Acrobat PDF Maker add-in?

Hello,

We have a SmartView user, version 20.100 Build 230, who also has Acrobat PDF Maker. The option to export the entire Excel workbook to PDF does not work. Do we know that SmartView inhibits the full usage of Acrobat PDF Maker, and is there a way to get it to work?

The process is described below:

• She opens her document (same thing happens whether it is saved on the network S drive or local C drive)
• Within Excel Goes to File>Export> Clicks on Create Adobe PDF
• On the Acrobat PDFMaker window she clicks Convert to PDF. She is able to convert a single worksheet but the process fails when trying the entire workbook.
