How to handle customer appointments to deliver products?
Hi Community,
We have OM implemented to receive and process customer orders.
We have the following business requirement:
1. Receive and book the order.
2. Schedule the order.
3. Pick , Pack and ship confirm the order in order to get the invoice in AR (Phisically the material is still in the warehouse)
3. Invoice the Order.
4. Send the Invoice electronically to the customer.
5. After the customer receives the invoice electronically he tells us the date and time (appointment) that he will be able to receive the material , the requirement is to find a standard field where both customer service and distribution area can query this field, so they know all the orders that are planned to get the customer at specific time.
