Automate Oracle 12.1 32 bit client install to pass windows defender firewall question

Hello all!

we have a need to automate the Oracle 12.1 32bit client installations.  The installations always stops at the windows security alert / windows defender firewall question.  Is there a way to by pass this pause in the process?
