How to Setup Approvals in Oracle Quality Collection Plan Results

Hello All

We have a requirement to sed the Oracle Quality Results Entered for Approvals and record the corresponding response - Accept or Reject.

For Example - We entered 5 Quality results. We want to send these details to a given approver. Once the approvers receives it in the worklist - the response - Accept/Reject should be captured in the Collection Plan.

Can anyone suggest a way to achieve this
