Upgrade to 19c and query regression

Hello Everyone

We have a question on the query regression aspect during upgrade to 19c

We have inherited a 2 node RAC database running 11gR2 Enterprise Edition with Diag and Tuning pack and we need to perform database migration to 19c on a newer hardware

Here are the current settings  as it relates to BASELINE from 11g R2 database

optimizer_capture_sql_plan_baselines boolean     FALSE

optimizer_use_sql_plan_baselines     boolean     TRUE

We will be migrating the application data during go live using Data Pump to 19.8 database

There are 5 SQLs that we have observed are using SQL PROFILES based on the SQL Tuning Advisor recommendation
