How can I populate the ESIGN field within Open Enrollment via orchestrator?

I am creating a front end for the Open Enrollment process. I currently have orchestrations updating all of the work tables, but I am unable to find a way to update Electronic Signature ID (ESIGN), Date Updated, and Time Updated in the work tables.

In the Self Service Portal this comes in via P085534|W085564F after the user clicks I Accept to submit the changes. I looked at the Event Rules associated and it looks like after hitting this button the Open Enrollment changes are submitted.

I have tried calling the form directly and trying to have the orchestrator navigate the Self Service forms to get to the final I accept button and both fail. The Orchestrator can't navigate through the self service forms and the stand alone form does not update the ESIGN across all Open Enrollment Work tables. I have listed the Event Rules for the I accept button I am using below for reference, they should be standard JDE.
