Prevent Delegation or Reassignment of PO Approval

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello Community,

Is there a way to prevent individual users or jobs from being able to re-assign or delegate approvals? I've found the Profile option "PO: Allow Requisition Approval Forward Action" but that seems to only cover requisitions and cannot be set at a User level.
