JBOSS app restart time growing.

Hello,

We have Jboss application which connects to Oracle Database. We were running on APR20 patches and restart time was growing constantly from

2020-06-16:2020-06-16 18:35:20,905 JBoss EAP started in 264787ms

to

2020-09-10:2020-09-10 18:45:41,267 JBoss EAP started in 769054ms

After JUL20 patch it dropped again to

2020-09-12:2020-09-12 13:28:32,656 JBoss EAP started in 143613ms

Any idea if in last Oracle patch Update there was something which could explain this bahaviour ? If not any idea what could be the reason for constant app restart time growth ?

Might be that Oracle needs to be restarted to reduce restart time growth ? Any idea what to check or how to tune Oracle to not increase app restart ime ?
