adgrants issue with 19.8 version database ( CDB, PDB )

Hi All,

We are upgrading E-biz from 12.1.3 to 12.2.X with Datbase 19.8 CDB-PDB enabled .

While applying patch 31026891 for “CONSOLIDATED ONLINE PATCHING ENABLEMENT READINESS REPORT” , while executing adgrants.sql as per patch read me it is failing.

Please suggest.
