Shared path Batchloader utility not updating custom metadata field

Hello Experts,

We are using the webcenter content version 12.2.1.3.0 in clustered environment and when running the Batchloader utility from shared path documents are getting uploaded but some custom meta-data fields value are not updating.

If we'll use individual node BatchLoader utility then it will upload the document and update the custom metadata field values also in documents.

In both the case I'm not getting any error as document successfully uploaded in Content Server system.

Kindly suggest is it correct behavior of Batchloader as I'm bit concerned about the performance (load on single node) during content migration.
