Documentation for "Checkbox to Confirm Time Entry Accuracy" functionality

Is there documentation or does anyone know the setups for the the "Checkbox to Confirm Time Entry Accuracy" functionality that was introduced in R12.2.   The only information I can find is a brief description in Release Content Document (Doc 1302189.1).
