Adding comment on Requisition after the PO has been dispatched

Good morning,

I am facing a situation where my users have added a comment on a requisition, however it has not been pushed through the PO. It is important to know that the PO was dispatched before adding the comment on the requisition. I currently have tested this situation in our Clone environment and it seems that, unless we create a change order with significant changes (restarting the approval flow), it does not add the comment onto the PO.

Is it working as intended or is it a setup that should be updated on our end? (Support team).
