Interface File with changeable base intersection

Hello,

I have a request from our Client to have an interfaced measure with a non pre-defined Base Intersection.

The measure will be based on product_location hierarchies, but the exact level of detail could vary at every load: one day they could send me a file at skup_region level, one day at class_store level, and so on. All the sku-store combinations within the levels available in the file shall inherit the same value that is fed in the file.

Example:

Region 1

          Store A

          Store B
          Store C

Region 2

          Store D

          Store E

Class 1

          Skup A
