Security on Processing Options and Version Lists

Is it possible to secure users out of being able to right click on a UBE or menu option and being taken to processing options or version lists? We have created menu options for them to launch reports, however if they right click it will still bring them to the version list. We have had a couple users accidentally delete report versions.
