Is there anyway to blind backflush to Workcenter location with lot controlled components and select

I know this is a large ask but it's what Mgmt wants to do. They want to implement lot control to enforce FIFO usage of materials and lot tracing, but they want to backflush from production locations dynamically at the time the WO completion is done. so for example if committing to lowest lot number, it would look for the lowest lot with quantity onhand in that location and backflush from there till exhausted and go to next lot number. But not have to edit or refresh your parts list before starting the work order. Ignore what's committed to parts
