Process scheduler default server after clean cache

We are on FCM 9.2 Tools 8.53. We have 2 servers: PSUNX (MASTER) and PSNT. The system works good, but, when we clean cache (process scheduler and app server) some, ONLY SOME process run on PSNT and we have to manually configure the server PSUNX again as default in these some process.

Can you help me?
