How to see alert counts at parent level (19.0.003.02 new feature)

Has anyone had success in viewing alert counts at parent level which is a new feature introduced in 19.0.003.02?

I have configured an alert for negative Receipts at week/country/class level. I can see the alert itself, but I cannot view an alert count at an aggregate level. What am I missing?
