EBS Concurrent Managers crash after 15-45 minutes of runtime in all instances starting last week. Th

Starting on last tuesday, concurrent managers in all instances going down for every 45 min of run time.. Please help if you can find a clue in the following log message. thank you !!

Folllowing is the concurrent manager error in $APPLCSF/log :

Set max processes for queue (802/6308) to 1,  and sleep seconds to 60

11310: Target processes raised to Min

Set max processes for queue (9010/11310) to 5,  and sleep seconds to 10

fdpsrp() (running_processes correction):

        ICM cannot obtain exclusive lock on FND_CONCURRENT_QUEUES

        Oracle error code returned:  1
