Components showing not online after upgrade 15.13 -> 20.15

Hi All,

Upgrade from IP15.13 to IP20.5, we have completed the IRM tasks successfully. SMC configuration - AI profiles, Gateway and Enterprise. But after configuring and deploying the Siebel server profile ..Able to connect with srvrmgr but it was observed that some components are in NOT ONLINE state mainly ecommunication component. Hence, not able to configure these components
