Order not being picked up by wave if backordered fully after staged/pick confirmed

Hi All,

We are in the process of implementing WMS On premise 12.1.3 for an existing inventory organization.

I had a question on backordering an order fully in WMS after all the order lines have been staged/pick confirmed. I see that if i navigate to Ship Confirm dialog box and click on 'Backorder All'  all LPNs and delivery gets unassigned from the order as expected.

However when i rerun the wave for the same order the orders is not getting picked up by the wave. It does not display in the original wave as well where it was there originally.
