Real User Experience Insight for Siebel on Windows server

in Patch Reviews - ENM (MOSC) Question

Dear Team,

We had setup Oracle Enterprise Manager 13.4 with Siebel Plug-in, siebel version IP15.5. Siebel and OEM server is installed on Windows 2012 servers.

Would like to know if 'Real User Experience Insight' software is available for Windows OS? If its only available for Linux, then what is the process to get RUEI for Windows server?
