Tools Release - 9.2.4.4 - Keyboard Shortcuts Not Recognized

We've upgraded to Tools Release 9.2.4.4 and the keyboard shortcuts for Find (Ctrl + Alt + i) and Open (Ctrl + Alt + o) don't work, regardless of the browser we use.  Does anyone else have the same issue with this Tools Release?
