How do we change a job posting so it's at the top of the search list?

Our HR staff would like to somehow 'refresh' an older job posting (one that's been posted for 30 days or more) so that it shows up at the top of the job postings list.  We have always told them that the job opening would have to be cancelled and re-posted, then it would have a new posting date and would show at the top of the list.. 

Does anyone have other solutions that you are using?
