Remove Video on Open Enrollment

Hi,

Does anybody know how to remove the video from the welcome page on the Open Enrollment event?  We do not want to use the video but are having issues removing it from the set-up.  We changed to URL to another URL that is just a webpage but would like to remove the video completely.
