What's cause for intermittent Node evictions/Forced reboots across multiple clustered environments?

We've been experiencing intermittent node evictions and/or forced reboots across multiple environments (i.e., PROD, ITE, DEV) and, coincidentally, have taken place on same days and time.  Important I should note that PROD, ITE, DEV RAC clusters are in different VLANs.  Version we're currently on is Oracle RAC 12c Release 12.2.0.1 on SPARC Solaris 11.4.  I've opened several Oracle Support SRs regarding this issue along with uploading OraChk, TFA, CHM, GUDS, cluvfy, alert/trace log outputs, but no solution provided.  Hence, reaching out to Oracle Support Community to find any hints that may lead to resolve.   Below is initial and current CRS
