Is anyone using custom dispositions in the Screening phase of Recruitment?

Is anyone using custom dispositions in the Screening phase of Recruitment? The delivered status code is 030 Screen, but we want to break that into separate, custom codes/dispositions. We are just in the testing phase of screening and have found that we are limited by the screening process itself to 1) numeric only status codes and 2) codes less than 200. Wondering what custom codes others are using during the screening process (Pass/Fail Status on screening levels). Ideally we would like to use 03A, 03B, as to not collide with possible 03X codes delivered by Oracle in the future, however
