row security not working

hi,

we need setup row security  for order date ( TRDJ / TRANSACTION DATE )  , when we try setup as below :

and we have clear cache on jvm and run on P4310 but still can show data on range date 0101/2012 until 31/12/2017  ( dd/mm/yyyy). How to troubleshooting this case.

tr 8.98 and versi 9.000
