CsvDataLoad in RC mode using Tranmission XML

in Oracle Transportation Management (MOSC) Question

How can we load the data in RC format using CsvDataLoad element.

Previously we used CSVFileContent for loading the file but it seems CSVFileContent is no longer supported.

CsvDataLoad seems to be working on individual table level so how to  load the file with RC mode where we want to delete all the records form child tables and reload them with new data
