what tuning can i to do in Webcenter content Cluster 12.2.1.3

Hi , we hace a cluster with two nodes , when one node is busy ,  for example node1 is busy , but node 2 is working , but  the cluster left of work and is necessary restart both nodes.

what tuning is necessary todo for optimize the cluster.

we can see that root cause is search.
