Dispatch Task Workflow (JTFTASK) showing same name in "From" and "To" notification

Hi All,

I am on Oracle 11.5.10.2 with RDMS 12.0 .

For field services, when a task is getting assigned by a dispatcher through "Launch Workflow" button on the Service Request form to an assignee (field technician) , the task assignment notification that is being sent out via JTFTASK workflow to the assignee shows the same name in "From" and "To" . For example: If Kelly is dispatcher and John is technician(assignee) , then John's name is appearing in both "From" and "To" of the notification.

However, when it was working correctly, it was showing the Dispatcher's name in "From" and task assignee name in "To". Means Kelly was showing up in "From" and John in "To" .
